My husband Luke and I love cooking and we love cooking together.  However, cooking together became a little complicated when I decided to eliminate meat from my diet. For several months, I was vegan.  Then I became a vegetarian but I told Luke I'd eventually add fish and shellfish to my diet but I wanted to be completely meat-free for about a year.  I kept my word.  Now I eat fish and shellfish which means I'm a pescatarian.  I honestly feel healthier than I've ever felt.  Luke and I have figured out how to work around my diet and still cook together.  Sometimes that means the meals we cook are completely separate meals. We've even made cooking a friendly competition.  We're both extremely competitive so you may notice a few cook-off posts every now and then.  We're excited to share our recipes with you and we look forward to your feedback!
